Vispato GmbH was founded in 2019 as an affiliate of Auditi GmbH, which has been servicing over 250 companies in Germany since 2012.

What we stand for
Since 2012, Christian Bürger and Bastian Halbach have been developing easy-to-use software for companies in Germany. We have always focused on solutions that are intuitive and easy to understand, but also meet the industry's high standards of data privacy. Through our close cooperation with our trustworthy partners at DATEV eG, we only use high-security servers based in Nuremberg.
Vispato was developed out of the recurring feedback from our Auditi clients who required a whistleblower solution for their companies to fulfill requirements under the new German Money Laundering Act.
The whistleblower system from Vispato GmbH is the direct result of collaboration with German companies who took part in a pilot program.
